Christmas in Utah!

Our first Christmas with Olivia!

Here's her first time on Santa's lap...

and we also did one more Santa meet and greet with some friends at the Prudential Center. Love this one with Olivia and her baby boyfriends!

We went to Utah for Christmas this year. My little brothers are both on their missions, and we really missed them!

It snowed on Christmas Day -- So magical!

NYC for Thanksgiving

We went to New York City for Thanksgiving and had so much fun. I always love playing tourist in NYC!

First stop, we walked along the Brooklyn Bridge.

Then, we took Olivia for a ride on the Seaglass Carousel in Battery Park. This little carousel is magical and it played the cutest oldie song as we rode.

We went to the Top of the Rock which has my favorite view of the city! I love how you can see all of Central Park from here.

This is the best time of year to visit because all of the Christmas decorations are up!! Rockefeller Center was decorated so pretty.

Martha's Vineyard

Since moving to Boston, I've been dying to go to Martha's Vineyard. I'm so glad that we were finally able to check it out this past weekend (even though it was really cold since it's the middle of November). I definitely want to come back here in the summer!

We took the last night ferry over and stayed at a hotel. In the morning, our first stop was to see Edgartown Lighthouse.

The walk to get there was so pretty, it looked like a painting.

After, we met friends for brunch at the Black Dog Tavern. It was great food and right on the water. I see people in Boston always wearing clothes from the The Black Dog store so it was fun to finally see this place.

Our friends took the ferry over bright & early that morning to meet us.

We went straight with them to see the Gingerbread houses and they are absolutely adorable! We walked the streets and checked them all out.

I've never seen so many pink homes in one neighborhood - this place is definitely my dream :)

They look like life size dollhouses and they each have a cute name. The Pink House (pictured above) is supposedly the most photographed house of them all.

Outer Banks Family Vacation

For the Bills family summer vacation this year we went to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Dallin's parents rented a big house on the beach for us all to stay in and man this place is amazing! The water is crazy warm and the sand is so soft.

I love spending time with all of my adorable nieces and nephews! They are hilarious and such great kids.

We were there for 7 days and did a ton of fun things. We flew kites...

Olivia's 1st Halloween!

For Olivia's 1st Halloween, we decided to all dress up as Toy Story. Dallin was Woody, I went as Little Bo Peep, and Olivia was my sheep! We went to a little party that night and then afterwards walked around Beacon Hill. This is my favorite place to be on Halloween because it is so charming! Every house in Beacon Hill goes all out with decorations, costumes, lights, and candy. We love it!

I just wanted to snuggle her in this fluffy outfit all day!

Olivia and her friend Eden are the same age, and they kept laughing back and forth with each other. It was the cutest thing to watch.

Here's a little video I caught of Dallin dancing with Olivia at the party- so precious!

Happy 1st Halloween Liv!

Boston Lately

We had lot's of friends visit and stay with us in Boston these past couple of months. I love when visitors come because then we end up playing tourists in our own city.

We did lots of walks around Back Bay where we lived...

Aren't these just the most charming streets?

We also did a few trips to Honey Pot Hill Orchards to pick apples (my favorite part is always the apple cider donuts)...

Vermont

Fall is the best season in New England because of all the pretty colors! Dallin and I heard that Vermont is one of the best places to see the Fall colors so we took a weekend trip up in mid-October.

First, we stopped at Cold Hollow Cider Mill to get hot apple cider donuts and apple cider. They were delicious!

Then we headed to Stowe to take a Gondola ride to the top of a mountain at Stowe Mountain Resort. The views were beautiful from the top and it was a great way to see all of the colorful trees.

Palace of Versailles & Palais Garnier

I visited the Palace of Versailles one time before when I was on a study abroad in college, and so I was very excited to come back again with my family. It is absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorite places.

I love the room with all of the chandeliers and paintings on the ceiling - it's amazing.

Olivia looks like she liked it as well :)

On the night we went, they did a special event in the gardens: there were bubble machines, classical music playing, water shows at each fountain, a fire show on the lawn, and to end the night, an amazing firework show! I loved it. I only wish we got married here, so dreamy :)

We loved playing with Olivia in the bubbles!
