Boston Lately

We had lot's of friends visit and stay with us in Boston these past couple of months. I love when visitors come because then we end up playing tourists in our own city.

We did lots of walks around Back Bay where we lived...

Aren't these just the most charming streets?

We also did a few trips to Honey Pot Hill Orchards to pick apples (my favorite part is always the apple cider donuts)...

We walked a lot around the Boston Public Garden...

I love when they plant the tulips!

And of course we rode the swan boats...

We explored Beacon Hill and took walks to see Acorn Street...

We climbed to the top of Bunker Hill... all 294 steps!

We picked some pumpkins at a patch...

We watched the rowers race at the Head of the Charles Regatta (and boy was it windy that day!)...

We also eyed everything at the Restoration Hardware store on Newbury street...especially the basement level which is all baby and kids things. I just want to buy it all!

We found a cute hotel (the Verb Hotel)...

and bought some Red Sox shirts by Fenway Park.

Both of our families came to visit our new baby girl!

We kayaked to Old North Bridge in Concord...

Olivia looked cute in her life jacket!

We also found the perfect fall leaves spot in the Boston Common...

And lastly, we've been to Mount Auburn Cemetery a few times to see the pretty views of the city!
