We explored Notting Hill our first day in London with some of our friends who live there. I was really looking forward to walking around this neighborhood because I wanted to see all of the "mews" streets! I looked up the street names of where the most colorful homes are beforehand, so we saw lot's of charming homes. I loved it!
I love the ivy and flower pots!
This home is apparently the most instagrammed house in all of London. I feel like the person who lives here must be pretty cool since they live in a pink house:)
Also this person...love the hot pink door.
This street feels like a colorful version of the street I live on in Boston (Marlborough street).
Although, I'm kind of glad that we visited on a day when the market wasn't happening just because I heard it can get crazy packed and it might have been tricky to push my stroller through the crowds of people. Olivia slept so well in the stroller this trip!
Even though we missed the market, it was fun to see the cute little shops. This place was the cutest inside. They sell very fancy biscuits (or cookies as we like to call them)!
I think this shop is in a few movies.
It was so fun exploring with our friends! Brian is an amazing photographer, so some of the pictures in this post are ones that he took.
We had to stop at Ottolenghi since I heard they had the most amazing pastries. And yes, they were delicious!
We also saw a cute flower stand called Wild at Heart.
We finished the day by grabbing some drinks, walking a few more streets, & cuddling little Olivia.
We then saw the mansions by Holland Park. They are gorgeous! David Beckham apparently lives on this street, doesn't surprise me these homes are amazing.
Notting Hill was so much fun and one of my favorite days in London :)
